A week ago I submitted a support ticket saying my site is down. Well, the site is still down. I guess you're having a big problem with the migration. I have NEVER had a site go down for more than 24 hours, let alone over a week. Any idea of how much longer?

It seems to be your forum account is not linked to hosting account. Can you provide the cpanel username to see what happened to your account.
