Site switching up and down

It happens every few minutes. Before I know it, I cannot access my website. It just gives me an error saying its unavaliable. After a few minutes, it comes back up only to go back down in a few minutes.

It's not just me. Look at my Google Talk chat with an admin:

its working
4:51 PM me: Testing...
4:52 PM Siddarth: its partially working
4:53 PM me: I'm screaming at them... lol
