Site Take Forever to Load then timesout

When I Connect to my site rieda.za.org
it says website found waiting for reply then like after 5mins or more it says page can not be displayed or web site down or sometimes it just don't timeout
please assist

Yeah it works fine on another connection
looks like its the connection
