Site taking ages to open pages?

Hi guys has anyone got an idea why my website pages are taking ages to open?, its been fine all this time but since the weekend its gone really really slow.
Any input would be great. thanks guys!

Yea my site too, I'm on the server stoli, so with my knowledge of servers, (which is very little BTW) I'm guessing that it has something to do with the server load which has a red dot next to it.....
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
