Site theme is not working

My moodle site eduworks.co.cc is having a display problem.I have a splash theme selected but, it is not working it seems and for that matter no other themes seem to work.. some1 pls help...

Servers are fine as your site is working.Then the other problem could be browser.
After changing the theme settings, just hit a Ctrl + F5 if you are on mozilla firefox.
Also it is always good to use opera,mozilla,iexplorer,chrome browsers to test your sites after you change your settings.
Kindly check on all of the browsers and also flush your dns and browser cache.
