Site traffic tracking options?

Secondly, Are there any options available for traffic tracking? hit counts etc?

Try setting up Google Analytics it's free and really easy to setup.

Thanks for your suggestion, can i assume this is just google search traffic to the site? As i want to keep an eye on direct visits to the site as well.
