Site unreachable

Hello my website is now unreachable and the ftp says connection refused. It's on Lotus and didn't get restored when the news post said that was done. I just really want a copy of my files for a backup, my site being down a while isn't anything I can't deal with.

You don't have a hosting account linked to your forum account.
What is your cPanel username?

Edit: If your cPanel username is pball, then your site is unreachable because the admins are doing maintenance on your server, Fris.

hmm I though my site was on lotus

Your site was very likely previously on Lotus and recently moved to Fris.

I'd like to bump this with a question. My website "works" but none of my files are there. Are they still working on the Fris server and have to restore files or is something wrong that my site is empty. (minus a few pics i stuck there recently)

Your account may not have been restored with the backup from the account moves.
If you want, I can escalate this to a support ticket and a staff member can see if they can restore your account to the way it was before the moves.
