Site up, cannot log in to cPanel

My site (http://warriorsalive.x10hosting.com) is up. I have checked it, and found one page missing (http://warriorsalive.x10hosting.com/experiment2.php). I went to recreate it, but I got an error when attempting to log in to cPanel:

"SECURE CONNECTION FAILED:

chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed.
(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)"

How long until this is resolved? Thank you.

You can proceed anyway. It is not a problem.

You can use this URL if that is a pain though: http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/
