Which cPanel link you are using to update your website? Make sure you are using this

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.

and i found new one is https://stolinew.x10hosting.com:2083
what happens to our files hosted in http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 cpanel

This refers to old server.
