Site won't load

After refreshing my site a couple times while checking updates, it will stop loading completely. Seems like I'm being throttled or something.

Please try to explain your issue in more detail. I checked your site and it loaded quickly with no problems. I then refreshed it about 10 times and each time it refreshed quickly and loaded fully.
