I'm trying to install prosepoint (a modified version of drupal for newspapers) but it doesn't seem to be working. I've done this before on another server (and followed the exact same steps) so when I open the link, it should lead to the install page. Instead it just keeps on loading until the account gets suspended and a timeout error occurs. The site is:
