Site won't load

Greetings.

I have just created a Corporate Hosting website but I keep having lots of problems.

http://dumpspace.elementfx.com

It simply won't load. I am using e107, so, MySQL.
All I have is a white page looking at me. CPanel won't work neither. Blank page.

I am on Stoli. While using cPanel's file upload system, sometimes it wouldn't even start.
I've checked the Server Status forum and there is nothing.

Is Stoli a problematic server or does this happen with every server?

EDIT: Right after I posted, website loaded... -_-

Well, according to the official server up/down thread, here, Stoli is down at the moment.
