Site wont load

ok i think im on starka or whatever ots called i cant check becasue i cant get onto my cpanel, but my site seems to be down like every 10 minutes, is there work being done on the servers or is it just general downtime?

The free servers have a couple more problems and they're being worked on periodically.

Others (including myself) are having problems with being able to access their website (even though the cPanel webpages load without any problem).

This is due to Apache going down from time to time. Jump into IRC Chat and type "Fuzzy: status" to find out.
