Site wont open

Ok my site says it should be up and running but when i got to it it says temp unavailable or loads VERY VERY slowly. I have high-speed internet and it was working earlier today very fast but now its to slow or mostly it just flat out doesnt work!

This may be normal for the type of work being done on the server, but I don't think the error message CPanel is displaying on your site currently is normal. I'm going to escalate this issue so that staff can assess it further.
