Site Won't Work / Cpanel To Slow

On Jan. 17, 2010 I have noticed that cpanel has been going really slow to the point it won't even load up anything once I login on it.

Now my site won't even work, it says "Oops! This link appears to be broken"

Currently admins are doing update to cpanel...
