My site hardyboy.x10hosting.com and the Cpanel service stopped working.

By looking at your site, I have come up with this conclusion.

Your website was not following the TOS for x10. You do not have an advertisement for x10 on your home page.

Yeah he does and if he was breaking the TOS he would have been suspended. Your site is working fine for me

I cant get that on my site. The code you have provided wont work in frontpage.

Yeah it does, I use frontpage. Try using them from the ad code zip package found in the support section
