I've tried looking on the forum for a solution, but I didn't see one. There is another thread with a similar problem, but I am unable to post a reply because it won't let me.

I can access my site just fine, but I can get the cPanel page to come up at all. I've tried the site/cpanel and the site:2082 methods and I'm quickly running out of options.

I'm not sure if it's just the connection I'm on here, but any suggestions would be great.

What do you see, nothing at all? or will it just not seemingly let you login?

I can see the website. Is this still an issue for you?

I still see the website, but not the cPanel. I'm not at home. I'm at the hospital for my new baby boy born yesterday, so it might be just the connection here. We get to go home in the next few days. I'll try again when I get back.

If you can access your website, but not cPanel it may be because a firewall (as bugfinder says) may be blocking port 2082, which is the one that cPanel uses.

I don't have anything running, and I don't have any control over the internet connection, and don't know if they have any kind of firewall running...

It's taken care of. The hospital connection I was using wasn't allowing it. I'm home now with my new baby boy. It's all good.

Congrats on the new baby. Glad it was a simple firewall issue on the hospitals end. Good luck with your site. I will close this thread. Should you have anymore issues please feel free to open a new thread and a staff member will be more than happy to assist you.
