Site works but no cpanel or ftp

Hi overworked admins,

My site http://ixedix.x10hosting.com is working fine now, but both FTP
and cPanel accesses are denied.

ping gives me 69.175.120.122, which is starka.
network-tools returns 69.175.6.102 rain.x10vps.com as the last hop.

username : rocambol

Any hope for me ? Thanks in advance )
