I originally opened a support ticket on Aug 16 but nobody is answering me. I am unable to logon to my FTP server. It's been like that for a long time now, at first I thought it was due to the server updates but that is completed since way back now and it's still not working.
My website is online and works perfectly, but when I sign onto the FTP in FileZilla I get these error messages:
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
In Firefox I get:
530 Login authentication failed
I am on the boru server. I am using ftp.website-name.pcriot.com and port 21. Am I using the correct settings? I am 100% sure I am using the correct username and password, same as I always have used. I can logon to my account maintence and forum fine with them.
Please, I am asking someone to help me, it's urgent I can logon to my FTP account to upload new files.
