I was upgrading my site yesterday fine until around 2 PM EST yesterday, when for no obvious reason all my Sitebuilder galleries stopped working. When I'm in Sitebuilder and double click on a gallery, it shows "no files found". If I try to upload a new picture, the gallery widget just hangs. If I look in the cPanel File Manager, all my picture files are still there. If I try to click "publish" I get a "server error" message saying "we are aware of the problem, wait 5 minutes and try again" with instructions to log a request for support if the problem continues.
I think I'm on x07. I like this service although I don't know much. Because this problem seems to be in the sitebuilder application I'm not sure I could see anything in log files. I'm at a loss and any assistance would be appreciated. My previously published website still seems OK, I just can't publish updates.
