Hi - when I access my account & click on the "edit with sitebuilder" link, it opens a seemingly blank page (according to my browser, the page has loaded). As a result, I cannot edit my website. Can anyone help?

Many thanks.

Just bumping to see if anyone can help. I run the website for a volunteer group and we have stuff that we need to update asap, so it's quite important to me to get this fixed. I normally use Opera, but sometimes find that certain webpages don't work properly, so I've tried accessing via Firefox & Chrome and get the same result. When I click on the "edit with sitebuilder" link, it opens this page - https://level.x10hosting.com:2083/c...rdparty/rvsitebuilder/index.php?/sitebuilder/ - but nothing happens. Anyone help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

While not much help for you - Admins will need to fix this issue

It is issue on server [ Level ]

In cPanel (not x10hosting Basic) --> [ Software/Services ] --> click on [ RVSiteBuilder ]
you will receive a blank white page...

Hi all - does anyone know when this problem will be getting fixed? Haven't been able to access Site Builder since I tried on Sunday and haven't had any response from Admins.

if anyone else is receiving this it is a license issue with the hosting company

Sorry, cannot get license information for 198.91.81.4.

1. Please contact your provider ssh as root and run command php /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/updatelicense.php 2. If the error keep appearing please run command update perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi
Please contact your provider.

RVSiteBuilder said X10 is using an out-of-date version of their software. If X10 updates the software to the current version, the problem will be solved. Anyone know how to relay this message to X10 Hosting? I'm having the same problem as all of you. Can't edit my web site.
