SiteBuilder stuck on "Update Template"

When I go into my project (currently unpublished) I get a pseudo dialog box stating "Update Template" with a little animation next to "Loading...."

Occasionally, the status bar of my browser will show "Waiting for absolut.x10hosting,com..." but nothing happens. I've waited for over an hour for the templates to update (or do whatever they think they are doing), but no change.

I've also tried refreshing the page, but end up with the same results.

Same thing started happening to my website this past week. I can't update or maintain my pages any longer.... ugh... It just sits there are says "update template' and nothing ever happens. I've tried several different computers w/ different IE versions but can't get past that screen. Maybe they want us to upgrade to premium so we can get support
