I hit remove for my sitebuilder project in the sitebuilder. But the project is still there. Just unpublished. How do I COMPLETELY remove it?

Go to CPanel or FTP and remove all of the files associated with SiteBuilder and then remove the database tables associated with site builder.

Hi, first of all go to CPanel File Manager or FTP. All of the tables are in phpMyAdmin which is located under Databases in CPanel. Did you have any of your own files in CPanel File Manager or FTP?

When you created the site with Site Builder, you would have chosen whether to have the site in a sub folder or at the root directory. If you chose a sub folder, then just delete that sub-folder.

I deleted all the files in public_html. There should be nothing in there as I have to upload Vanilla 2 in /home/interne3/public_html

I will check phpMyAdmin and then post a reply.

The only database I have is

information_schema

In the databases page inside phpMyAdmin

Is that the one I should Delete?

Also, are you sure You understand what I mean?

I go into the Sitebuilder and hit remove on the project

When I come back to the x10hosting BASIC Control Panel, it's name is still there, and now it's hogging the main domain, so nothing can be put in there because my test sitebuilder project is hogging it.

Hi, no you shouldn't remove information_schema, I don't think you can even delete that; it's there by default. Also, when you click remove, did you check the box that says 'Check this box if you also want to remove the published website folder.' That's the reason the website is still there, that box needs to be checked. Sorry, you only need to delete the tables in the database if you had a user login system on your site then you would have had to remove it. But, now that you have deleted the folders, it doesn't really matter. Now, you can add whatever you want.

Thank You

OK. Tell me Step BY Step how to remove the project completely please. It's getting confusing for me to complete this.

Questions

What do you mean by remove. Remove in sitebuilder?

OK. I got your last post. Never mind my last post. But can staff remove the project completely from the x10hosting Basic Control Panel. I can see my site when I visit it, but it's just irritating me that it's still there in the x10hosting Control Panel unpublished. Can staff please get rid of it from x10hosting basic Control Panel?

Could you take a screen shot of your cpanel file manager and the basic x10hosting control panel. Remove information like usernames.etc. Take it of the folders of public_html. And of your control panel where you try to remove the site. You can delete .rvsitebuilder if you want to.
