SiteReptile Login problems

I am having problems logging into SiteReptile.

I ran a search and found this thread: http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/107113-sitereptile-cant-login.html

I tried the various advice there and am still having trouble.

I am using my own top level domain, for the purpose of this questions lets call it mydomain.com

I have tried the following domain names
ftp.mydomain.com
mydomain.com
servername.x1hosting.com

for username i have tried
username
username@mydomain.com


I have tried all of the above combinations, any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi captech,

simply input your cPanel password in the password field (do not edit the other fields). It should send you to the next step.

that was the first thing I tried, and it didn't work. I even tried to reset my password to make sure I was entering it correctly.

I was able to access the system correctly by simply inputting my cPanel password... I''ll escalate the thread to the ticket area.

NOTE TO STAFF: could the staff that'll handle this send me a PM with the steps to resolve the problem, I would like to know how to solve this problem once and for all.
