Sites offline, not sure why

I'm not suspended, but when I login I get this:

Apache HTTP

Offline

MySQL

Online

Exim

Offline

cPane l

Offline

FTP

Offline


Why are so many things offline? When I try to go to my site in my browser I get a 'page load error.'

Check here This might be because of a recent update with the servers. If it isn't fixed in a few days, submit a support ticket at support.x10hosting.com

I had a ticket submitted, they responded saying it's due to maintenance.
