SiteSucker : How to use website design already on the net for my own website ?

Hey, community,
I have already done many websites, with pppBB our SPIP but every time it was free template that i found on the internet created by graphic designer and programmer.
So my question is : Can i suck website with software like SiteSucker on Max and customized each pages of this site ?
