slow loading speed, SQL error

I receive SQL error for my wordpress site (lost connection, Host '10.33.248.76' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server [1130]), and at the same time the phpbb forum loading speed is very slow. I'm on Boru.

The 2 are: http://warwickmorsesociety.x10.bz/forum/ and http://warwickmorsesociety.x10.bz/

they both are ok now. just wonder what happened that time.

The database user was looking broken, i just removed the db user and recreate it.

any reason why it was broken? i hadnt touched the db user before the sites were down
