Slow loads on pages

Alright this isnt something you will notice just by looking at my website, but it happens on the oddest occasions and everyone on my forum seems to notice it... im going to try to play with some settings but im wondering if anyone may know the cause?

What's happening during this "oddest occasions"? What I mean is, is there anything specific that's happening while your site slows down?

nope i just visit the page sometimes its working just fine, then all of a sudden its not - like ill just navigate to lets say admin panel on the forums and then it gets retardedly slow lol... I cant seem to find the problem too..

Try going to your cPanel and see if there is anything in your error logs.

nope nothing weird in error logs... it has to be server side
