Slow Page Loading Time

Im the admin of (bhpolytechnic.co.cc)
it's very slow and sometimes stops loading because of the Network Error (tcp_error)


Please solve this problem ASAP.

This may be caused by unusually high system load due to account abuse or network traffic. If you continue to have an issue, please post back and I will request an admin troubleshoot the problem further.

I can confirm the same problem (on starka). I posted in another thread as well, which seems to have been pretty much forgotten about. It started with the disk-space upgrade. CPanel loads fine, cpu usage isn't high, but any pages load slowly.
