slow running site

Is anyone having a problem with their site taking really long time loading? My site barely has anything on it, yet it's taking a really long time to load.

I just recently transfer host, but I'm curious is if this is how it's gonna be like since its a free server? or is it the effect of just transfering host?

The server loads seems to be high right now, it'll go back down we are just running some maintenance scripts on the server you are on.
