Slow server, shaky DB connect?

I'm on Boru and my site has been loading really slow, often times with errors. Even working with the backend, I'm finding long load times and Database errors which are remedied sometimes by reloading or coming back later. It's kind of frustrating, was wondering if any else has been having issues on Boru?

Also, it seems I can't access the cPanel. Upon logging in, it hangs forever showing only the partly loaded home screen.
