SLOW Web site on free hosting

Hello, my Web site at http://indigoweb.exofire.net/ is very slow to load since 2/3 days. Any idea what the problem could be?

It seems a little slow to me, but I wouldn't call it out of the ordinary for the free server. There may be some maintenance script running or some server work going on in the background.
Edit:
Now HTTP seems to be having a problem on starka. I will notify staff. This should fix your problem.

I don't have access to starka because I'm on lotus, so I don't have access to very much information on it.

for more info. It's been present ever since the disk-space upgrade btw. (And not much has changed with the problem.)

And it is very slow, much slower than it was before the upgrade: this isn't just one of those temporary slowdowns (CPU usage is low as well in this case) as usual.

Starka is running a maintenance program right now that is affecting free accounts. Hellsheep has verified this is the only problem with the server.
