slow web-site

Hi, my web-site is very very slow. It requires 5-20 secs to load. I think my php programs arent so bad, on another server need 20-200 millisec to load. What's the problem? (site: alkoholista.co.cc)

Your site is on Starka, and that particular server has had a high load for a few hours. You may be feeling the aftermath.
