Server Problems!

Free server is running slowly :(

All my page loads time out :(

Just looked in cPanel, YOUCH!!!!!! 'Server Load 19.37 (2 cpus)'

Seems to be starting to come down! I can now browse my site again.
Edit:
Server HTTP has gone down, I believe I am on the Cossacks server.
