Small Problem

When trying to login to http://x10hosting.com/account, I get this message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

My domain and cPanel seem to be working fine, but I didn't save the ad code to add to my site.

What is your domain name url? I see the account as not existing.

When did you create the account?
What type of account is it? ad-enhanced or adfree
