SMF Cannot connect

Since yesterday i'm hosting a SMF forum.
When i woke up this morning i was going to look on the forum, till i noticed this.

what do i need to do ?

What are the database settings you are using.

euhm i got no idea just from a tutorial i saw on youtube

Is it working yesterday. And what is your cpanel username.

By the way did you deleted any folders in your filemanager ?

yes it worked fine yesterday
cpanel username i loggin with : kristiaandelforge@yahoo.com
but i think the username is also "kristiaandelforge"
and i didnt deleted anything from my filemanager

Cpanel username should be 8 character long.

or login to account panel and click on view details of free hosting account and tell me the cpanel username and servername
