SMF Forum script attachment problem..

I am trying to add an attachment that is 65 MB in size but everything the upload reaches 100% the page just refreshes and erases the content, I asked the smf community how to fix the problem and they referred me to talk to the host since its a server issue. How can I resolve this issue?
