SMF loading page problem

I have installed SMF at the directory siteph.pcriot.com/board and there seems to be a problem when I try to load that page. Sometimes the page loads but most of the time a blank page appears and I have to reload it a couple of times before I see the forum page. Please help me on this one. Thanks
