SMF not conection to database

Hey guys im in need of help.

I keep on getting this error.

[B]Connection Problems[/B]

         Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database.  This may be caused by the server being busy.  Please try again later.

That error is getting on my nerves cause i searched it online and every site says they it has to do something with the server.

Can someone please help.

Recreate the MySQL user.
