SMF on Chopin, Wordpress on Absolut. Both are down.

For SMF, I found this thing that worked like charm the last time. This time it failed.
I downloaded the repair_settings.htm file and it was rendered useless because of this--

The time zone differs by 10.5 hours, if you are from india.

As per the post it should take 3 to 4 hours. wait till the corey posts that it is done.
