SMTP error

I can't seem to get my outgoing mail server to work.

I get the following message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'acctnameRemoved @browndrake.x10hosting.com', Server: 'mail.browndrake.x10hosting.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

any suggestions?

Somethings blocking you as smtp is deffinately alive and well on that address
