SMTP Oxwall Setup

Hi, Im not really sure how to set up the smtp for oxwall. The boxes I need to fill in are:

Host : port
Username
Password
Secure Connection: Off,SSL or TLS

It's a bit frustrating to set up because it usually doesn't connect. You can actually not use SMTP and have emails be sent from the site email in Main Settings by default.
