Hi im using joomla and my SMTP and PHP mailer both are not working it says that it has sent mail but it donot comes into my e-mail account... I have put right settings I have used it before so In know... there is no problem with joomla cuz gmail smtp is working on the joomla.. please can admin solve the problem

Hello,

there have been some issues with our servers appearing in some blacklists. Check your SPAM folder for any of the sent mail. It is very likely that your emails are in there.

no they are not there... I don't know why it isn't please if you could resolve it I will be thankful because i don't want to use gmail for it...

First, please check that the email address you are sending the mail to is correct and valid. Next, try adding your x10Hosting email address to your receiving email account's address book or whitelist. If you would like to test your mail with a different account, please send an email to adam at parkzer.co.cc and I will reply to you as soon as I receive the message - just mention this thread in the body of your email.
