smtp problem

Hi,

I have free hosting here. I have a problem with sending emails.
When I try to configure my email account in Microsoft Outlook it gives error for sending test email.
Then I tried to send an email with SquirrelMail, but that gave me this error:
Connection timed out
110 Can't open SMTP stream
I guess smtp is totally not working on for me on server I guess?

Anyone who can help me on this one?

no, I'm not using SSL.
its mail.thorian.x10hosting.com for incoming and outgoing mail server.
