smtp sending limit, what is it?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the number of emails I can send on my adfree account via smtp (sendmail) without being considered as spaming.

I did find another thread that suggested a limit of 100 email per 5 minutes but I would like to know for sure so as not to break any rules etc.

Are you sending separate Emails or BCC?

Hi,
It would be seperate emails,of a quantity about 100 per day for one week then wait for responses to come back say one week (so a weeks break) then start again.
