SMTP sendmail error

Hi.
I have a domain: www.epsilon.org.in for which i've hosted pages on your server. Mine is a free hosting package.

The site loads well.
I have configured 3 mail ids for my domain: info@epsilon.org.in, papers@epsilon.org.in and webmaster@epsilon.org.in

While I'm able to receive mails and auto-respond to incoming mails on these ids, i'm unable to compose mail and send.

I get an error in squirrel mail:

Message not sent. Server replied:

Connection timed out
110 Can't open SMTP stream.

On Horde, I get:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused (code: -1, response: )] ​

Please tell me what i can do. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi epsiloneta,

There have been some issues on Horde and Squirrel Mail concerning SMTP. I will escalate your thread so an account manager will be able to go check in the server configuration or sent it directly to the admins.
