I am using Thunderbird as my E-mail client and my X10-hosted site's E-Mail address is the SMTP server it always uses. It's been down for two days and I'm responsible for 2 official municipal websites and I need to be able to reply to officials as soon as I get their messages. I use my X10 hosting account's E-mail as my primary contact address for these purposes.
I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. This is not the first time I've had this issue - and I hope it's not a different fix for the same issue again.
