smtp server name?

I want to use a scripting program to format data from a web page form and send it to my email server. One of the required parameters is "smtp server name". I assume I can use the x10hosting name but I am not sure what it is exactly. Is it "mail.x10hosting.com" or something else?

Use the following info.
SMTP server :localhost
Username: Your cpanel username.
Password: Your cpanel password.

Also if you are concerned about the security of your cpanel password then you may try creating an ftp account from your cpanel>>FTP accounts and use that information for your SMTP mail.
