Recieved this error after I started getting more users.

Also I think my MySQL server is being throttled, because that gave out too.

EDIT: I'm thankful you guys provide this service for free don't get me wrong, BUT if the free servers can't handle more than 3 users then I'm kinda worried about the paid servers
