So my old account was banned and I got an email saying I could make a new one

But the new one was banned as soon as I made it with no reasoning behind the banning. Like I just started uploading my site again and it was removed. I re-read the ToS and I didn't see anything wrong. I own my content. I'm not sure what the issue is
